Area 51 FAQ's
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Mystery Market™ account (if created). You also have the availability to adjust your shipping and billing address information under your Account settings.
You can create an account by simply clicking the Login link at the top of the page or by creating an account upon Checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully created your Mystery Market™ Account. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at email@example.com.
Choose the track my package option in the top menu. From there you will need to input your Order ID from your digital receipt that can be found in your email, as well as your billing email that was used to purchase your order.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at (231) 427-7030 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order.
All your orders are sent via UPS.
We accept all major credit cards.
This includes: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bigfoot Bucks, and Bigfoot Bits.
Mystery Market™ orders are on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired Mystery Market™ product(s), it is required that your payment is captured immediately upon checkout completion.
